I founded Alden Consulting while pursuing my JD and MBA because I am passionate about innovation and deeply curious about how businesses grow, scale, and sustain long-term success. My journey began with a degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Shortly after, I found myself working in business acquisitions, lease negotiations, and competitive strategy through my family's laundromat ventures in Los Angeles. This experience was more than just an introduction to small business operations. It revealed the complexities behind every deal, every lease, and every negotiation. I began to see how these decisions shaped not only a company’s bottom line but also the day-to-day lives of its owners and employees.

As I continued to develop my understanding of business, I realized that the ability to think critically about structure, risk, and competitive positioning was just as important as having a strong vision. I decided to pursue a legal education, focusing on corporate law, business strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. Now, as a JD and MBA candidate at the University of Oregon, I have built on those early experiences by refining my expertise in structuring deals, navigating complex transactions, and developing growth strategies that allow entrepreneurs to focus on what they do best.

At Alden Consulting, I work with businesses to solve problems that might otherwise slow them down or limit their potential. My approach is built on discipline, strategic foresight, and a deep commitment to efficiency. I believe that the most successful businesses are those that operate with clarity and consistency. One of the most important principles I have come to understand is that consistency always outperforms intensity. Growth is not the result of short bursts of energy but rather the product of disciplined, intentional actions taken every single day.

I apply this same philosophy to my work with business owners and founders.
